Penampilan Lexus LF-Lc bocor ke media usai sebuah majalah Amerika, Road & Track mengabarkannya pada khalayak. Melalui bocoran gambar yang diperlihatkan tersebut, diperlihatkan sesosok mobil yang tampak ganas.

Tampak garis agresif yang menantang di sekujur bodi Lexus LF-Lc. Body depannya tampak terinspirasi oleh Toyota Supra. Sedangkan di beberapa garis tampak terinspirasi oleh mobil kasta tertinggi Lexus, LFA.

Bocoran selanjutnya mengatakan, mobil ini akan menggunakan sistem hybrid. Penggerak mobil ini menggunakan mesin V6 dengan kapasitas 3.5 liter, dipadukan dengan motor listrik. Dapur pacunya kemungkinan akan sama dengan Lexus GS 450h, karena di desai di studio desain Lexus di Newport Beach, California.

Kemungkinan performa Lexus LF-Lc akan lebih mumpuni dari pada GS 450h.
